TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance

By using our website or rentals, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• 21+ with valid license for vehicles
• 18+ for apartments
• Accurate identity and payment required

We may refuse service for fraud or safety risks.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Payment may be required at booking
• Security deposits may apply
• Chargebacks without cause may lead to collections and ban

4. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles

No DUI, illegal use, racing, towing, unauthorized drivers, or out-of-state travel without approval.

Apartments

No parties, illegal activity, excess guests, smoking indoors, or subleasing.

Violations may cause termination without refund.

5. Damages & Fees

Renters are responsible for:

• Vehicle damage, theft, tickets, tolls
• Property damage or excessive cleaning

Charges may be taken from deposit or payment method.

6. Liability Limit

Maximum liability of Day To Day Rentals LLC is amount paid for rental, to extent allowed by law.

7. Governing Law

Governed by Georgia law.

CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT (SHORT FORM)

Rental Period

Late returns may incur hourly/daily fees.

Driver Requirements

Valid license and Company approval required.

Unauthorized drivers void agreement.

Deposit

Refunded after inspection minus damage, fuel, cleaning, or tickets.

Processing: 3–10 business days.

Liability

Renter responsible for collision, theft, and third-party damages unless covered by purchased protection.

Prohibited Conduct

DUI, crime, reckless driving, GPS tampering, or smoking → termination and fees.

APARTMENT RENTAL / SHORT-TERM LEASE

Term

Occupancy limited to booked dates only.

Payments

Rent due before move-in.

Deposit refundable minus damages or cleaning.

Guests

Only registered guests allowed.

Unauthorized occupants → removal without refund.

Rules

No smoking indoors, parties, illegal activity, or unapproved pets.

Entry

Company may enter for emergencies, repairs, or lawful inspections.
